This program helps reduce the physical effects of sitting for long periods. Sitting in one place for too long is not a happy place for the body. This slowing down of the movement of the blood and oxygen can cause serious medical problems. This class is more advanced than our previous version Level one and will require you to stand, if this is not possible, just relax, watch and enjoy until you feel ready or have space!
