Yoga In Your Own Zone is focused on wheelchair users, people with disabilities, mobility restrictions and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME) sufferers. This instructional video helps integrate wheelchair users into their classes and for practitioners who are less physically abled but still want to perform yoga exercises. Our two yogis in this video are, Jig who contracted polio as a child and lost the use of his legs He competed in the Sydney Paralympics and is a BBC radio sports broadcaster. Mark is a father and accomplished break-dancer and suffers from ME.
